South Florida Anglers For Everglades Restoration (S.A.F.E.R.) is very active within the US Army Corps. of Engineers (COE) and the South Florida Water Management district (SFWMD).  Below are position papers that have been filed with the COE and SFWMD explaining our concerns and issues with the Everglades Restoration Project.
